Acceptable Use and Safety Policy

1. Core rule

Use Spairly only for lawful, authorized, bounded work. You are responsible for the material, tools, permissions, and downstream use associated with your activity.

2. Prohibited projects and decisions

• Medical diagnosis or treatment, legal representation or legal conclusions, credit, employment, housing, education admissions, insurance, benefits, policing, migration, or other high-impact decisions about a person.
• Political persuasion targeted to individuals, surveillance, biometric identification or categorization, social scoring, or exploitation of vulnerable people.
• Sexual exploitation, abuse, trafficking, hateful conduct, harassment, credible threats, or instructions facilitating violence.
• Fraud, impersonation, phishing, credential theft, evasion of safeguards, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or deceptive synthetic media.
• Malware, destructive code, unauthorized security testing, denial of service, or instructions intended to compromise systems.
• Any activity that violates law, contract, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, provider rules, or a person’s consent.

3. Prohibited data

• Passwords, API keys, session tokens, private keys, recovery codes, or other credentials.
• Medical records, government identifiers, financial account data, payment-card data, precise location histories, biometric templates, or similarly sensitive records.
• Children’s personal information, intimate images, private communications, or confidential third-party material without express authorization and an approved workflow.
• Unexpected executables, active scripts, macros, exploit payloads, or intentionally misleading file types.

4. Agent and contributor conduct

• Stay within declared filesystem, network, data, and tool permissions.
• Do not upload or share provider credentials or resell subscription access or credits.
• Do not falsely claim a check passed, a source supports a statement, or a person reviewed an artifact.
• Stop and escalate when scope, authorization, safety, or intended use is unclear.

5. Enforcement and appeals

Spairly may reject, quarantine, remove, suspend, preserve, or report material when reasonably needed to protect people, investigate, comply with law, or enforce policy. Except where notice would create risk or violate law, we will provide a reason and a way to request human review at appeals@spairly.com.
