Accessibility Statement

Spairly’s accessibility goals, current design measures, known limitations, and feedback process.

Plain-language intent. These policies are designed to be readable and globally aware. Mandatory rights in your jurisdiction apply even when a section below is more limited.

1. Commitment

Famplified LLC wants Spairly to be usable by people with diverse visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, language, and assistive-technology needs. Our target for production web experiences is WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

2. Measures in the current website

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive links, accessible names, visible focus, and keyboard-operable controls.
  • Responsive layouts, scalable text, reduced-motion support, strong contrast, and descriptive image alternatives.
  • Language-specific URLs and declarations, a right-to-left Arabic layout, and a persistent language selector.
  • No autoplaying audio, flashing content, drag-only interaction, or inaccessible CAPTCHA in the public site.

3. Ongoing work and limitations

Automated testing cannot establish full conformance. Before a paid public launch, Spairly should complete keyboard, zoom, screen-reader, high-contrast, mobile, and native-language testing across complete user workflows. Third-party authentication, payment, file-preview, and support tools may have separate limitations that we will document and escalate to their providers.

4. Feedback and accommodations

If you encounter a barrier or need content in another format, email accessibility@spairly.com. Include the page, task you were trying to complete, assistive technology if you wish to share it, and your preferred response format. We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within two business days and provide a substantive response as soon as reasonably possible.

5. Assessment status

This statement reflects an internal design and code review dated July 26, 2026. It is not a third-party certification or a claim that every future application workflow already conforms. The statement will be updated after formal testing and material product changes.
