Cookie and Tracking Notice
The cookies, local storage, logs, and similar technologies used by Spairly and the choices available to users.
1. Current public website
The public Spairly website is designed as a static site and does not intentionally set advertising, cross-site tracking, or non-essential analytics cookies. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request logs such as IP address, user agent, time, requested URL, and security signals without placing a cookie.
When you submit an estimate or Social Good form, Spairly may include first-party campaign parameters from the page URL and the referring hostname with that submission. This provides conversion attribution without setting an advertising cookie or creating a cross-site profile.
2. Essential technologies
When account features launch, strictly necessary technologies may remember authentication state, security protections, load balancing, language, accessibility preferences, and consent choices. These functions cannot always be provided without the technology.
3. Optional technologies
Analytics, personalization, embedded media, or advertising technologies will not be activated where consent is required until a consent control is presented and the user chooses. The notice will identify the provider, purpose, duration, and category before activation. Spairly does not currently plan cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Choices
- Use the consent control when it is displayed to accept, reject, or revisit optional categories.
- Use browser controls to delete or block cookies and local storage. Blocking essential technologies may prevent sign-in or preference storage.
- Where legally applicable, Spairly will honor recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, for sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.
- You can contact privacy@spairly.com about tracking practices.
5. Updates
This notice will be updated before new material tracking technology is introduced. The production cookie inventory and consent behavior must be verified at every release.
